Landscape on the Edge is a proposal to regenerate La Cañada Real Galiana, one of most important cuttle routes in Spain, specially focusing on its part next to the city of Madrid. The main idea of the project is to create a new landscape, being this motivated by all floods taking place there, which is due to a great lack of appropriate infrastructure and the big damage that urban planning has caused to original water channels.
To achieve this, the first step will be to reorganise all this channels by means of earthworks detailed in a Masterplan. After this, the new landscape will have to house its previous dwellers, therefore a compatible new housing system will be described, thus the project is not looking for a specific form, but for a system able to adapt to all possible requirements.
